ECOLOGICAL CONSULTANTS, ENVIRONMENTAL AND RURAL PRACTICE CHARTERED SURVEYORS

ENVIROTECH is an ecological, environmental and rural surveying consultancy firm committed to remaining current with the requirements relating to the rural economy and environment. We have an established client base, an excellent track record in providing a pragmatic approach to a wide range of projects and offer expertise across all specialisms in ecology and environmental land management.

We have recently established our own Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Habitat Bank, providing registered off-site biodiversity units to support developments that cannot deliver their full BNG requirement within the development site.

The Habitat Bank is located within the Westmorland and Furness local planning authority area, close to the Lake District National Park and Lancaster City Council boundaries. This makes it particularly well placed to support developments across south Cumbria, north Lancashire and the wider Morecambe Bay area
